  • Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. After that, I cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order; I tend to ship quickly!
  • I do all I can to assure your order gets to you safe and sound. If you suspect your package may be lost in the mail, please contact me and I will do what I can to track it down for you.
  • If a package is determined to have been lost, I will offer you a replacement or refund after 30 days have passed from the date of shipment.
  • In an effort to conserve resources, I do not automatically include paper invoices with orders. If you would like one, please let me know when you place your order.
  • State taxes will apply to orders being shipped within Utah at a rate of 7.85%
